I wasn’t aware the State of Utah was responsible for 9/11, Covid, WMD, or the Russia/Trump conspiracies. Seems like you’re using a desperate straw-man argument to support your fictional narrative when the facts don’t.
Here are the facts corroborated by evidence and official statements, which will be further proven in court by the testimony of Tyler’s parents and Lance Twiggs:
1) Tyler and his parents arrived at the sheriff’s office around 9pm.
2) Tyler sent the Discord message at 8:57pm (if the message was screenshot locally).
3) Tyler and his family waited in a room for almost 3 hours for SBI to arrive.
4) Lance Twiggs was interrogated at 0100.
5) Tyler was likely Mirandized at 10pm or 0400 (or both) when we have 2 official documents stating time of arrest.
6) On Sep 12th at 6:25pm they attempted to interrogate Tyler and Mirandized him again on the record as is common practice.
The only thing worse than “Fed Slop” is the grifter slop people like you fabricate to exploit people’s distrust.
Per Grok and confirmed by trial lawyers I’ve spoken with:

That means Brian Davis arriving at 10p on 9/11/25 (which the Inmate Booking Sheet says happened) would mean he left at 6:30p, which is when Tyler was being Mirandized. That makes more sense to me than the Inmate Booking Sheet being wrong. I’m suggesting the same government who lied about JFK, 9/11, WMD, Covid, and Russia-Trump also would lie about Charlie Kirk. What @baroncoleman is lying to you all about is when Tyler was arrested, which was on 9/12. He arrived at the Sheriff’s office at 9pm on the 11th but wasn’t officially in custody until the 12th. The transcripts with timestamps begin by stating “the evening of his arrest” (9/12), so the timestamps start at 6:25 PM on the 12th, not the 11th. You’d think a lawyer would know this. He also knows his viewers are too gullible to check his grifter slop. Bet he filled his pockets with superchats from his gullible audience.

So you’re saying that Tyler was officially arrested at 10pm on the 11th and your entire narrative that Tyler was being interrogated at 6:25pm on the 11th and he couldn’t have sent the Discord message at 8:57pm on the 11th is proven to be a lie. His parents turned him in at the sheriff’s office around 9pm.
The Affidavit of Probable Cause states he was arrested at 0400 on the 12th, which is clearly what the redacted Motion to Exclude Cameras is referencing. The attempted interrogation at 6:25 referenced is on the 12th. He was Mirandized again prior to the attempted interrogation on the 12th, which you as a lawyer know is common practice.
You once again are exploiting your viewers’ ignorance and gullibility to lie and create a narrative that the government is framing Tyler Robinson.
I can’t wait to see your BS explanation when the parents’ and Lance Twiggs’ testimonies verify the evidence presented by the state and prove you’re nothing but a liar and con man.
