Recently contacted 2K support about the Soltado + 1 issue going on right now. Currently having the additional point from the Dancer com doesn’t work. If my Rafa homies know of any other issues please let me know and I’ll pass it along :)

We’ve heard your feedback about Lexington and Turmoil drops. To address this, players who completed 30 levels in the Summer Swarm Stretch Goals by the end of the event will get a guaranteed Lexington, and those who completed 50 levels will receive Turmoil Kneepads. The items will be given to eligible players on September 12th. I was a moderator on the official forums during the BL1 and Early BL2 eras, before twitter was prominent and game discourse is what it is now. I never saw complaints about the compass. They just did a mini map after 1. We havent had confirmation on a toggle or UI adjustments in game yet. But with a focus on semi open world and likely a lot more focus on exploration of this new world (which has fog of war and needs to be uncovered), the removal of a mini map in exchange for a more discovery based tool makes a lot of sense thematically IMO

Marathon v. Borderlands 4 launch day - I pick Marathon. Much easier to get a sense of the game earlier, getting good will be the longer term investment. Not gonna do an entire 60 hr Borderlands 4 playthrough before diving in
