Kind of weird how you didn’t e-mail or call me to ask about times or availability and chose to instead tweet this confirmation out at midnight. Why am I learning about this on X? December 15th does not work in-person and 2pm PT is also literal time I do my podcast LIVE everyday (which you knew)— but we will happily cancel the daily podcast and will join you guys virtually instead for the livestream on the 15th if that works on your end? There are currently 5 men housed in Shakopee, officially. There is potentially a sixth that is not listed in the state inmate locator and we are still trying to figure that out.
Information about the men is below, but they are violent offenders.
This is happening all over the country in blue states. There have been sexual assaults, physical assaults, rapes. These are violent men and the women, regardless of your opinion on their crime, are human beings and do not deserve this cruel and unusual punishment.
This is a violation of women’s human rights.
It is state sanctioned psychological torture.

In June of 2024 a man pretending to be a woman going by the name of Margot Lewis traveled to Minnesota from Iowa and murdered his long term partner, also a man pretending to be a woman going by Liarra Tsai.
Margot Lewis has been housed in a men’s prison and was found guilty of homicide in September.
2 days ago he was sentenced to serve 40 years inside MCF Shakopee, Minnesota’s only women’s prison.
He is currently still at MCF St Cloud, a men’s facility, but you can see the signed sentencing order below.
If he is a “woman”, why has he been housed in the men’s prison up til now?
It is only a matter of time before he is moved to Shakopee, so this state can double down on its hatred and complete disregard for women, particularly of the incarcerated variety.
I am absolutely livid.
