I’m really disappointed in @USAA . We chose you for a reason for our mortgage and then you turned around in a month and sold it to Mr. Cooper. Now our property taxes are in limbo on the due date and they won’t help us.

2 months ago, the fleet crew came to the Cobb County school board mtg to discuss bus safety concerns. Tonight a woman spoke on behalf of bus drivers who are not being given access to bathrooms, but reported they were told if they “poop in the parking lot, they’ll be fired.”
