We never had a claim or missed payment in 20 years. My husband and I are both over age 50, have excellent credit and both vehicles paid off. Paid approximately 100K to you all during the time we were with you - we would be considered the most ideal insured and yet USAA doubled our rates without a second thought. So much for customer appreciation. Little late.

@USAA I love USAA but the latest claim for water damage due to a bad water heater is ridiculous. Adjusters won’t call us back, process is taking unusually long, and we’ve done everything asked of us immediately only to wait. What is going on with USAA insurance?
