It's basically @bandcamp with the hassle of virtual cash, right ?

NFT's remind me of the Groupon craze. When there were limited deals (scarcity), It created a positive viral coefficient in users. Scaling Groupon meant adding "deals" and losing "scarcity" which in turn collapsed the value proposition. How hard is it to create an NFT?

Yes, the difficult transition between govt currencies and crypto currencies is an issue. But, this is something that is being worked on to create a seamless transition, and we hope to have a solution soon. The bottom line is: We need blockchain tech to empower artists. (11/11)

- An album creation fee (token creation fee set by the blockchain) - An audio file storage fee (probably very small) - RecChain developement fee (not settled, but probably around 1-2%) Depending on the price of $NXS, you will end up with >95% of the revenue generated. .. (10/11)

@Hodlnexus Actually, we hope to have a beta ready before next year with the most basic features. There's still more work/research that needs to be done, but we'll launch when we're ready, and then integrate the #Nexus file system when 6.0 is released.

On #RecChain, artists will be able to create digital special edition albums and sell these as scarce and highly valuable collectibles. Because they are created on the #Nexus blockchain, the authenticity and ownership history can be easily verified by the buyer.
