Lethbridge is a city that feels like it hasn't changed much in the last 30 years. I am sure the locals would differ with me. On that though. It's a nice city but has always had a rough edge. @cnm5000 Great article. I have first hand knowledge of this, having worked at CSIS. I had to be bilingual at the CCC level and spent 8 months in full time French training at great cost to the taxpayer. I was never truly fluent and was the only intel officer from Alberta in my class.
