Look, I understand coping through distractions. It’s okay to post normal things sometimes, I do it too here and there because nobody can carry this weight every second of the day. But when the timeline becomes almost entirely detached from reality while people are suffering this badly, it starts feeling deeply unsettling. people inside Iran are feeling hopeless, unable to afford basic treatment, drowning financially and mentally and with their lives and futures ruined and they can’t even access the internet to even speak up about it while the timeline keeps moving like none of this exists. Endless discourse, jokes, petty drama etc and so out of touch with reality. At least speak up once in a while. At least pretend you care. #DigitalBlackOutIran
