I swear @RedLetterDaysUK is the biggest scam I’ve ever had the misfortune of giving money to! Paid £85 yesterday to upgrade a voucher given to me for my birthday and apparently not one of the hotel options is available for the rest of the year. Fuming doesn’t come close
