Fundamentally, it’d be interesting to know if Christian has sanctioned Cripps for staging in the sense that he believes it shouldn’t have been a free kick or because he believes Cripps embellished or accentuated contact.
Frightening if the former, slippery slope if the latter.

But further to that the bigger issue I think is the way you’ve handled it. By being so stubborn on this you’ve hurt your club in the long term, players won’t want to join. We will see though

They then declared a rebuild which means the Dons broke their verbal agreement before Merrett tried to break his written agreement. They can and have done that but it’s ugly
