@VectareEssex How about putting up a message for the 635 13c from North Weald that you have cancelled? I had to rely on another commuter to tell me it was cancelled after he'd called you. That's really not good enough, people stood freezing with no information. Driver sickness again?

@VectareEssex What if people don't have money for cabs? I've never known such a level of sickness in a bus company. As I said before, you need to arrange medicals for your staff as they seem very poorly all the time.

@VectareEssex That's all very well but it means yet another taxi ride home to the tune of £25. That's the 2nd time this week so I'm £50 out of pocket a couple of weeks prior to Christmas. It's all very well having a price promise but you take at least 3 weeks to refund. Disgraceful service.

Massive investment in a car park designed to accommodate visitors to Epping High Street. No one is going to visit a town with nothing to offer except coffee shops. Like many people I'm concerned.

This has caused me to miss the bus at which point I've had to get the tube to Loughton and use Arriva buses from there to Waltham X. Could you please ask drivers to wait until the advertised departure time if they're early. Many thanks

@VectareEssex evening just a quick note about the early morning 13 (not sure if there's a letter after it) from Epping to Waltham X. It's supposed to hit the stop "opposite the church" in Epping at 648 but the last few mornings II've got to the stop at 645 and it's already left

@RedOrangeResin The team who post the updates are also monitoring our network & speaking to drivers to resolve issues. At peak times when we have more buses on the network & traffic congestion is worse, they’re busier. As such it is not always possible to post live updates as frequently.
