I wouldn't have much faith in them listening.
When I criticised the customisation in S1 Bamco's response was to unhire me from one of their TWT events and ignore my emails afterwards.
And evidently they never made it better. Don't waste your time and energy.

I remember doing character design work for a company and the client handed me the most generic pinterest scifi wear refs and told me to replicate it. So i tried to do something inspired and they just mad af and the art director told me “i know how u feel, just do what they say”

That's it for me for T8. I refuse to support a franchise that disregards feedback from its players and further derails itself from what Tekken stood for in the past. T8 developers should be ashamed of their incompetency in game balance and destroying the trust of their community.
