So apparently there's a place called Big Texan Steak Ranch, Amarillo, Texas where they'll slap down a 4 and a half lbs (72 oz) slab of steak, a baked potato, some salad, dinner roll and shrimp and if you can eat it in an hour - it's free. I dunno, does that sheet of steak look good to you? Anyone know what cut it's supposed to be? For me, give me a couple of those smaller steaks he's got on the grill beside it.
