@Spideremilio Smaller team, different time and different challenges. You would hope so but I think we’re just gonna have to accept that we’re no longer in the time when vfx were seen as an opportunity to impress and captivate audiences.

@Tanner_Slavin They’re both rotten to extent that they can’t stand when things don’t revolve around them but I’ll say this; Snyder fans are, as we speak, literally using AI to try and manufacture the Snyderverse back into existence. I haven’t seen Raimi fans go that low yet.

Daily reminder that the reason why Peter Parker is written so safely nowadays in every medium is because Raimi fanboys couldn't handle Andrew Garfield's Peter not being a copy of Tobey Maguire's Peter, and thus we're stuck with writers constantly trying to copy that template.

@TChalla_1966 The one on the left actually looks deliberate. The colors are desaturated but not washed out. You can tell there was actual effort put into the contrast. The one on the right just looks flat and untouched.

@BestMovieMom The color grading is desaturated in some shots but not flat. Know the difference. It’s actually really high contrast and it’s thanks to noticeable cinematic lighting
