@RedWingShoes another trip to the red wings store ends in utter disappointment, dropped my boots off TWO WEEKS ago to get oiled and they still weren't done today. I've been without my good boots for two weeks now and all I got was an "oops sorry"

@RedWingShoes by far the worst experience of my life simply just trying to check a gift card balance. You need to make an online option. You automated calls are bullshit. I don’t even want boots anymore, that’s how aggravating the last 30 mins was trying to get a damn balance.

@RedWingShoes my first new pair of Red Wing and a total piece of shit never been worn that came apart. Tires came out side broke loose Junk. I would never buy another pair of these things even though they were my first I’d be my last and I will let everybody know.

@RedWingShoes Bought these Red Wing Shoes Men's Rio Flex CSA Boot for a Christmas gift instead of the usual Dakotas. Here we are 2 months later, the material is peeling off the boot😱. Sent a Customer Service Request on March 1st… no response yet. So disappointed 😔
