Personally, I think it was a strong step too far by the police. They had the guy on the ground, and he was apparently experiencing a 'medical incident'. There was no need for both coppers to hoof him repeatedly in the head. The initial post was correct, in my opinion. If it turns out that he has suffered a brain injury and can't stand trial, then what? Have fun!
