@nftboiiy @DFitpreneur It's the Sit-ups. Your spine is compressing unnaturally. If you still want the abs without the back strain, do leg raises. Brace your core, lay on your back and lift your legs as high as you can. Try to lift your butt off the ground too. It gives a better stretch too.
