People didn’t suddenly start buying from GameStop for fun… They got pushed there. Once LCSs started pricing out collectors, people went where they could actually afford product. Then distros saw the margins and raised prices too. Now MSRP is rare at card shops—and big box is the fallback.

Some of my favorite silver bordered ex cards I tried to collect one of every silver border ex in a PSA 9 but there's just so many out there. There's so much to collect in Pokemon it's actually nearly impossible for most people to be able to collect everything. I love this because it allows collectors to focus on their own niche, making every collection unique in their own way. It doesn't always have to be about Charizards or vintage grails. Some people prefer to collect a certain pokemon, or a certain set, or a type of card from a specific era. It's all so cool to see and discover, I'm seeing cards that I didn't even know about everyday.

When are they going to add Heartgold and Soulsilver to the Nintendo Switch 2? Just finished Fire Red. #pokemon

@AbisaiR67517011 I wouldn’t be surprised. It’s one of the better recent Pikachu cards. I think it stands out because of the natural setting, something you don’t see very often on more modern cards.
