It was an honour to attend and lay a wreath at the Stockport Civic act of Remembrance this morning on behalf of @GwynneMP. I then attended the services in Reddish at the Cenotaph and Willow Grove Cemetery. It was great to see so many people paying their respects.

As Chancellor and now Prime Minister, Sunak must face up to his mistakes that have led to the vicious cycle of stagnation this Tory government has trapped us in. Working people are paying the price for Tory failure. Britain deserves more than this.

Reddish Library were pleased to welcome the Mayor and deputy Mayor, David Wilson and Linda Holt, to formally present Leo the Lion back to the Reddish community. Leo was part of the amazing 'Reddish Roaring' event this Summer organised by @HeatonsPost @StockportMBC

Mortgages are going up more in this country than elsewhere because the Conservatives crashed the economy. Penny Maudant, in the unexplained absence of Liz Truss, blamed international circumstances. Until they accept responsibility, the government simply won't rebuild confidence.
