I will be honest the neon changes are good, the jumping around nerf is solid, I do think however they didn’t need to go so hard on her sprint regen. I think maybe like regaining 30% sprint back after a kill would be a decent balance to her

might be a hot take but any higher ranked player can use neons old movement and make it look good, the nerf is a lot but it was neccessary idc what anyone says, yes there is a small learning curve, but jumping around at high speed does not take as much skill as some players are making it out to be
