In what way? It’s been done before, ergo can’t be unprecedented can it?

@RobertJenrick God you are one fucking sad excuse of a human. You were a shithouse Tory and now you’re a fucking bellend Reform fuckwit. Go walk in the sea you cunt.
English

@Healosh @BackIndeed Would be the right move. He’s very good off the bench and hasn’t been playing to his level lately.

You’re an irrelevant, rather thick has-been and we will never communicate again (life too short). But before I banish you to social media irrelevance (at least as far as I’m concerned) when I hired Fraser Nelson to be Editor of The Spectator in 2009 Brexit was on almost nobody’s agenda, certainly not ours. We never discussed it at any stage. It just wasn’t an issue.
When it certainly did become an issue, leading to the 2016 referendum, the decision to back Brexit was entirely that of Fraser and his team. I kept the proprietors out of it and my only advice to Fraser was, whatever side he decide to back, to make the endorsement compelling, informed and in the best traditions of The Spectator.
By the way it was a genius appointment back in 2009, even if I say so myself. Under Fraser The Spectator enjoyed the highest circulation, reputation for excellence and profits in its almost 200-year-old history.
Now Femi, bugger off and never bother me again.
Femi@Femi_sorry
@tiredobserver1 @afneil And who CHOSE the editor of the Spectator during the time when it was pumping out Pro-Brexit propaganda. I'll give you three guesses.

@RossKempsell @GuidoFawkes “official government information” yet you attach a picture of an email that attaches and article in a newspaper which is produced for general consumption…..on my word, it’s horrendous
English

@GuidoFawkes The emails reveal Powell met with FCDO officials and received official government information on Chagos prior to his appointment as the PM’s Chagos negotiator in September 2024
He recieved this to a non-government email account

English

BREAKING: I have obtained hundreds of government emails from inside the FCDO pertinent to the Chagos deal and actions taken by minsters and officials
They raise serious questions of propriety
Findings from these documents will be published on @GuidoFawkes in the coming days

@WestminsterWAG Who the fuck wishes anyone a Happy Shrove Tuesday? Happy eating pancake’s day? Oh and don’t forget Happy Ash Wednesday. You absolute cretin.
English

Also happy Shrove Tuesday, in case you forgot that there are also still a few Christians living in London…

@Champ20n5 @sistoney67 You can agree oe disagree, that’s free speech and democracy. However, spouting factually incorrect information is disingenuous at best. The media should be calling that out. The headline should call out he’s made factually incorrect information about the level of immigration
English

@Redjoshi99 @sistoney67 But quite a lot of people DO agree with it.
It’s a stupid headline as there are those that DO and those that DON’T agree with it
Why can’t Twitter see that ?!
English

Sir Jim Ratcliffe has made a point quite a lot of people don’t agree with. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
