I bought this phone a month ago, and it's been overheating even during normal use like 5-minute calls or video calls. I reported it within the first week. I've visited the service center 3 times, and they only updated the software, but the issue still isn't fixed.

Dear @RedmiIndia , I purchased my Redmi phone around 20 months ago, and recently it has started facing serious issues. A black line appeared on the display, and now the display is malfunctioning. The phone hangs frequently. Apps open automatically without any touch input (ghost touch). The device has become almost unusable. I have always taken good care of the phone, so this is very disappointing.
