Highly disappointed with @XiaomiIndia. My 5-month-old 20000mAh Mi Power Bank only gives two charges (5000mAh phone). Brought it to the service center and they refused to even check it over a tiny dent! Completely unfair to customers. Need a resolution ASAP. @MiIndiaSupport

@MiIndiaSupport I own a Mi TV 4A 32-inch (2018 model), and currently it has become almost unusable. After turning it on, it takes around 15 minutes just to load the UI, and even after that, it is extremely slow and not usable.
