🇷🇺 Russia just released footage of every leg of its nuclear triad firing, simultaneously. Bombers, hypersonic missiles, ICBMs, and a frigate. All in one exercise. All in 72 hours. The Russian Defense Ministry launched this unannounced on May 19, mobilizing 64,000 troops, over 200 missile launchers, 140 aircraft, 73 warships and 13 submarines. 8 of them nuclear. The ministry framed it explicitly as a rehearsal for "the preparation and use of nuclear forces under the threat of aggression." Belarus joined in with an Iskander ballistic missile launch inside Russian territory. Congress. This dropped while the world is watching Washington and Tehran finalize a peace deal. Russia hasn't been at that table. It hasn't been invited. And it just reminded everyone it doesn't need to be. When's the last time you saw all 3 legs of a nuclear triad fire in a single exercise? What do you think Putin's actually signaling here?

Across India, there are countless structures like the Bhojshala, which some believe to be a mosque while others call a temple. Visited one such in Malda, called Adina Mosque. Locals call it an Adinath Temple. These contrasting claims have existed for centuries, leading to several agitations. After several such squabbles, all photography inside is prohibited by the ASI. (Pictures of the bell, lamp, lotus motifs on the walls are available online) The question though is, with hundreds of such examples, where does the demand of reclamation stop? outlookindia.com/national/a-jou…

Pradeep Gupta says Vijay is going to be single largest party in Tamil Nadu.

Pakistan has nukes pointed at India and Israel but we’re supposed to hate them?

Dhurandhar this, Dhurandhar that, can I just get a well-researched movie on Skandagupta's campaign against the Kidarite Huns? The Imperial conditions, the political drama back home, the military action, it would all make such a good plot for a movie.

Dhurandhar 1 jaisi baat nahi hai guys, par maza aa raha hai

Watched Dhurandhar The Revenge till interval. Simply not as good as the first movie.

"It took more than 30 hours for sailors to put out the fire aboard the aircraft carrier Gerald R. Ford last week, sailors and military officials said...The fire started in the ship’s main laundry area last Thursday. By the time it was over, more than 600 sailors and crew members had lost their beds and have since been bunking down on floors and tables, officials said." nytimes.com/2026/03/16/us/…
