metawise hsr is in a pretty good state rn but the huge problem is the lack of content, like do they genuinely expect us to play 10 minutes a week
we really need:
- more events
- more exploration
- faster endgame cycles
- more DU and CW updates (or a new mode)
- story quests

Its because the only time when Xianzhou Loufu left a huge impact on TB is when Dan Heng is there. And also because they are bias.
Tingyun can't be included cus that's Phantilia in disguise, Jing Yuan isnt included becuase they mostly interact during serious times +

No Jing Yuan, no Tingyun, no Fu Xuan, no Yanqing, who were all key figures in helping defeat Phantylia plan, and just DHIL. I gues Xianzhou is only Dan Heng huh? I remember that spear DHIL held there was being used to stab someone who put his life on the line to protect the Xianzhou by linking himself to Phantylia btw, but I guess the devs forgot the other character huh? Oopsie! Theyre able to put key figures for the other regions in the CG but they deliberately only put DHIL there. Why? ( this is not a DH hate post but more of a complaint/questioning towards the writers/dev's choice btw. ) I know this is jst a split second CG but still, to me this screams that the devs/writers are telling us that only DHIL mattered during the xz arc to the players.

Technically incorrect
TLDR: Even at 12+1, Sotto can call a quorum call and leave as the roll is being called - the majority will still fail the quorum.
Minority Leader Sen. Sotto can call for a quorum compelling the 12+1 to do a roll call of a potential thin-quorum.
HOWEVER, nothing on the rules dictate that once the quorum call has begun... and the call is being rolled (as his name is Sotto - one of the lasts to be mentioned), Minority Leader Sen. Sotto can just exit the hall.
Even at full attendance of the Majority (minus the fugitive Sen. Bato), the Majority Bloc will only have 12 with Sotto successfully calling for a quorum call, but not saying "Here" for the roll.
Nothing on the Senate rules dictate that the person who motioned for a quorum call must remain in the Senate floor.
However, as soon as only 12 says "HERE", Section 99 comes into play, forcing the Presiding Officer (Pro Tempore Sen. Legarda or Senate President Cayetano) to adjourn the session.
The Majority Bloc's final move is to bring back Bato.
