45% of foster care child abuse cases in Australia are Indigenous kids. With some states upto 57%. 76% of Aboriginal kids in youth detention centres come from foster care. Aboriginals also make up 75% of youth detention and 36% of Adult prisons. Its a gov problem not inherent.
