@SportsDirectUK Tried that on live chat. Got fobbed off by your staff. I’m being told that it’s tuff and I have no other option than to wait for the item. It’s already 5 days late and I now need to purchase from a different supplier. I want a refund which at this stage is perfectly reasonable.

@SportsDirectUK customer service is appalling. Ordered online & paid for next day delivery which should have been with me on Sunday the 8th. Still not arrived & no guarantees when it will. Refusing to provide any refund. Shambles!

@SportsDirectUK sort out your customer service. Order mis-sold 17/12/22. Cancelled on 19/12/22. Cancellation request acknowledged 02/01/23 with a promise of refund within 2-5 working days. No refund yet! Multiple live chats and emails to customer service… how do I get a refund?!
