a little touch i know but it would just add some charm

It's now been discovered that Pokémon Champions does in fact use a different formula for the stats, and doesn't have neither EVs nor IVs, instead uses the new SP value.
It's a lot simpler to the one used in the main games.
HP = BaseHP + StatPoints + 75
Other Stats = Nature * (BaseStat * StatPoints + 20)
Nature is 0.9, 1.0 or 1.0 depending on the nature.

If you encore a Pokemon into a move after it chooses a different move, it randomly selects the target. Per @NailsOU and @Doc_Dandy, if you encore it into an electric move, that move is NOT redirected by lightningrod if it picks the partner slot.
