Another weekend of sunburns and baseball has come and gone. Here are the guys that stand out from my notes this week. @NoahFrancis29 - Plays the game with energy. Also had some solid at-bats @LeeLee0809 - LHP up to 82 w/ run, commanded the SL well @ConnorC5670 - Flashed some leather in CF and can really move @RyanCalVaughn - 2.30 in game and busted his tail all game. Good size and mobility for a C @gabedavi9 - Saw some great AB's and even a pull-side HR. Solid and mature hitter Shoutout to @FiveToolSTX for always running a great tournament. Excited to welcome 2028 C/OF Cadyn Baldenegro to the NSR SELECTED family! I had the opportunity to watch @BaldenegroCadyn in Austin last week, and his offensive versatility immediately stood out. A true switch-hitter with power from both sides, he brings a unique offensive profile. Behind the plate, he leads with confidence, has been calling his own games for years, and shows a mature understanding of how to work with his pitchers. Off the field, Cadyn is a 3.7 GPA student from a tremendous military family whose work ethic and character stand out just as much as his ability. Looking forward to helping him navigate the recruiting process and watching his continued development. #NSRBaseball

Sending emails and going to camps DOES NOT mean you’re in the recruiting process 🚫 50 emails and 50 camps to schools not needing your position, skillset, academic level, test score, grad year won’t lead to the next steps of the process. You’ll never force a round peg in to a square hole. Real recruiting happens when you fish in the right ponds.
