6/ Grassley and Johnson are right to force this into the light. The American people deserve every page. Every legal process used. Every justification (or lack thereof). Every name on the list. Because if they can do this to 44 Members of Congress in secret, with thin legal process and constitutional blinders on, then the guardrails are gone for all of us. This demands immediate oversight hearings, full document production, and real accountability, not more stonewalling or “trust us”. The rule of law either applies to everyone, including special counsels and my former colleagues at DOJ, or it applies to no one. This is the story. I hope someone in the media investigates it appropriately and aggressively. End//

5/ This is bigger than Trump, bigger than one case, bigger than Arctic Frost. This is the Executive Branch secretly accessing the private communications of dozens of Members of the Legislative Branch (Republicans obviously) while those Members were performing their constitutional duties. If the released records confirm they got content without proper warrants, without necessity showings, and without respecting Speech or Debate, then what we have is (again) the insidious weaponization of the most dangerous kind: the DOJ treating Congress as an investigative target to be monitored rather than a co-equal branch to be checked.

My first thread: 🚨 JACK SMITH STRIKES AGAIN 🚨 San. Chuck Grassley just confirmed that the infamously incompetent but dangerous Democrat viper Jack Smith, through his Biden DOJ special counsel “team”, reviewed the actual contents of text messages from 44 sitting Members of Congress. Grassley is one of them. He’s releasing the records with Sen. Johnson. This could be a serious breach of federal law.

As a public law enforcement agency, you are constitutionally barred from viewpoint-based censorship of citizens on your social media platforms — especially those critical of your department. Courts, including the Fifth Circuit, have repeatedly held that such actions violate the First Amendment. See, e.g., Robinson v. Hunt County, Texas, 921 F.3d 440 (5th Cir. 2019) (sheriff’s office blocking critics on its public Facebook page constituted impermissible viewpoint discrimination). I watched the @ShawnRyan762 @ShawnRyanShow episode with Marx. When Marx described his father forcing him to murder some random man, Shawn saw right through it. He asked a few solid follow-up questions, but it’s the kind of claim you can never really verify—distant events, zero corroboration, and Marx deliberately staying extremely vague about this supposed “terrible childhood trauma.” He couldn’t provide any verifiable details, no body found, no location known, and even said he thought it was “probably a homeless man.” Shawn smirked at that; you could tell he read him clearly in the moment but still gave him the benefit of the doubt, with a whole lot of visible skepticism attached.

Because @ShawnRyan762 knows what I know, and what many others in the industry now know. There will be no endorsement of @victormarx for Governor of Colorado. A man who dishonors his word to protect children in schools, instead buying guns for himself and his friends, is no man at all. A man who then defends his lack of action for over a year with the words: "well, no contract was signed" after proclaiming the mission on a national broadcast, is no man at all. A man who defiles the Word of God with pagan "retooling" rituals, is no man at all. No. There will be no endorsement. Not in the primary, and not in the general. Not ever.
