Purple Butterfly Model of Care has now been successfully rolled out on all Haematology Inpatient Areas-first directorate to received the implementation!🤩 Thanks to @ReevesLucy & @EOLC_imperial for providing training & continued support to our nursing staff. Purple Butterfly Model of Care was designed to support and empower staff to embody Trust values in providing excellent, individualised End of life Care to patients and those important to them- EVERY TIME.  Sharing with you is the Purple Butterfly Model of Care journey to MFE wards in SMH. We are still on the teaching phase before we completely roll it out but staff have already seen how impactful and helpful this project is for them, for the patients and those important to them.
