STOP WEARING POLYESTER CLOTHING! Polyester is petroleum-based. It doesn’t breathe. It traps heat, sweat, and chemicals against your skin. Switch to: Cotton. Linen. Wool.

Okay so what do we think of EVO® Nylon??
It is a bio-based polyamide yarn derived from castor oil rather than traditional petroleum.

@poiThePoi @kramnosillac @Floridagirl0850 🤣🤣 tbh I walked in merino wool in 77 degrees (25 degrees celcius) weather for 25 miles (40km) one day and felt fine. It were shorts and a top from dilling.

/I would stop off and do upper body on the way home from skiing.

@StronGingerMama I have it and really had to take a look at the way I put my foot down, there was an imbalance on the outside of my hips which led to me stepping on the inside of my foot, making my knees bend inwards and putting more strain on my knee. Now doing loads of abductor excercises.

Fat = 9 kcal per gram
Carbs = 4 kcal per gram
Protein = 4 kcal per gram
Easy to underestimate, especially when eating out or cooking without a scale. Those extra grams add up fast.

@Mangemongen Ohhh i've had those! They are indeed more nutritious than blueberries. They used to have the wild ones at my grocery store, but not anymore ;(
