@HisenseUK can’t seem to get hold of anyone of the phone and the warranty claim form online is pony so thought I’d try here. Ordered. New washer dryer few days ago. The waste is pinholed and ruined my kitchen floor.

@HisenseUK I have sent you an email. Got no answers. Youve made a claim, assigned Pacifica to do so, they assigned AND Domestics to fix it - AND Domestics cancelled it a day before. Im currently 3hrs on the phone, 6 in queue, 2 fing weeks without working cooker. SORT THIS MESS!! DISGUSTING.
