The @netflix @MLB graphics are awful. Way too difficult to read anything but the score. Make the font bigger, especially the pitcher, hitter and counts in the score bug! I could swear I’ve seen larger fine print in pharma ads! #OpeningDay

A direct question demands a direct answer, not a form reply that skirts the answer. If there’s a compelling reason why Customer Service cannot answer a direct question, the reply needs to at least offer an explanation to that effect.

.@NJTRANSIT Customer Service replies are garbage. Case in point: Writing “**PLEASE DO NOT SIMPLY RESPOND WITH THE GENERIC…POLICY. Instead, please provide a direct answer for this specific train.**” still yields a form response with the generic policy.
