there was never a year where he was the best pg in the west n barely has any major awards outside of ROTY n a couple all star appearances also I believe if he never hit those game winners against Houston n OKC he wouldn’t even be a thought for the HOF or even top 75

Kubiak has had to move his family a lot, either due to promotions or being on teams that changed head coaches. He's talked about how tough that's been. HC money is hard to pass up, but I've wondered if it would take the right situation to get him to leave a good one in Seattle.

#Raiders would be Kubiak's sixth team in six seasons if he becomes the HC. The last time he stayed with a team for more than one season was with the Minnesota Vikings (2019-2021). He was the QB coach for two years before becoming the OC.
