It’s never enough to be ‘non-racist’. We have to be ‘anti-racist’, finding the courage to callout race hate, wherever & whenever we encounter it, including in our own lives, attitudes & assumptions. Like Marcus Rashford said, “Never apologise for you are, or where you come from.”

This is a low point in our parliamentary story in failing to uphold legally endorsed overseas aid commitments. These cuts even if ‘temporary’ export the cost of the pandemic to the world’s most vulnerable communities until reversed #PromisesMadeShouldBeKept
