@Ball_InMyHand I'm rooting for progress. Young players typically develop and get better until they hit their prime around age 26. So if we didnt make the play in last season and we make it next season, im happy. But that forward progress must continue beyond the play in for future years.

Caleb Wilson said he wants to win ROTY(we knew that) and get us more than 41 wins. Wild that I believe the first task is easier than the 2nd. On that 2nd part tho, it's wild that last year that wouldn't have been enough for the 10seed...in the East. Good for 10th out West.

Precisely what I've been saying all pre-draft process. Mara, as he is now, will be nearly unplayable to teams trying to win games. It looked good in the slower pace of college basketball. But every single team in the NBA has a guard ASKING for that Mara switch.

Aday Mara has a long way to go to reach that ceiling and with no promise he'll even get there. You can't be 7-foot-3 and on defense be too indecisive and slow-footed those two elements married spell disaster.

@mobanks10 With Giddey, Matas, and Miller and Clax active in the PnR, I'm 100% fine with Noa starting and dropping into a 4th/5th option role. So I agree. The main thing im looking for is the little things, and im not really seeing that either so far. Just game 1 though.

Essengue looks serviceable tonight and honestly I’m not expecting much out of him in terms of being able to assert himself in the game.
