Let me break it down for you even further because clearly youre still struggling to understand. Commentary videos are opinions by default. If you’re watching commentary and deciding my opinions are “facts,” that’s a comprehension problem, not libel. I don’t need to chant “in my opinion” like a spell for the context to exist. What’s really happening is the criticism I gave you is hitting hard and close enough to home that deep down, you know I’m right, which is where youre conflating opinions with facts.. That’s on you. You asked lawyers, they told you it wouldn’t go anywhere, and that’s why nothing happened. Disagree all you want, but stop pretending your hurt feelings magically turn commentary into libel.
