I loved this answer from @Landon_OW about turning up the aggression and chasing kills this past weekend. It can feel awkward to push your boundaries sometimes and playing your life is safe and comfy, but if you want to be a world class team you gotta keep making plays

I felt really off yesterday and with that failed to give adequate props to Infekted for stepping up on the Dva on Gibraltar, combining with Zeruhh on the Vendetta vs. SSG! Locking in for Day 2 of NA Stage 1 Playoffs today. I'm not counting out an improved Team Liquid just yet!

It’s been a privilege to be part of Overwatch Esports across so many eras. From grinding Reinhardt at game launch (still whiffing shatters…), to interning during the early OWL days, to helping build OWCS into what it is today… every chapter has been unique, but the passion from this community has been constant. I’m particularly proud of where we are right now. The momentum this year is real, and it’s a reflection of the hard work from the team, the players and orgs, and all of you cheering us on. As for me, Friday will be my last day as Head of Overwatch Esports as I pursue a new opportunity. It’s hard to express the gratitude I feel for everyone who’s been part of this journey. Overwatch Esports is in great hands, and I’m excited to keep supporting (and yelling at my monitor) from the sidelines! 🧡
