Residents of Evergreen Trailer Park in south Reno were given a sudden 30-days notice to move off the lot. Residents, many of whom are low-income, say they will have a hard time finding other affordable housing. My full story tonight at 6 on @News4Reno

Trump: I met a wonderful woman—a grandmother driving doordash to help support her husband's cancer treatment. He's got serious cancer. She delivered McDonald's to the Oval Office. To be honest, it was a little tacky.

I got a certificate in the mail! It says I'm the number one Rottweiler in Canada in rally obedience again this year. My human teammate uses a wheelchair. I hope this demonstrates that with love and patience you can train your disabled human to do all sorts of great things. But all that aside, I don't know why she insisted on a tiara and flowers for this picture. I would have much preferred being wrapped in bacon. #Dogs #GoodestGirl

Admin Post: Last night something happened that made my heart swell so big it almost hurt… in the very best way. ❤️ Back in the fall, sweet black Lab puppy Mars, a service dog prospect, spent a few precious weeks with us for some exposure training. He was only 5 months old — playful, curious, and a little unsure of the big city world. Whenever something new worried him, he’d quietly tuck himself just behind my wheelchair, peeking out from his safe spot while I gave him all the time he needed to feel brave. Last night, I brought baby Rottweiler Kenji (our big Moose) to his very first group class without Chesnyy. After class, the dogs got some joyful off-leash play time… and one of the staff brought Mars in to join. He entered the room a bit nervous — so many more dogs than he normally sees in the training room, so much energy. But the moment his eyes found me… he came straight to me. ❤️ Not bouncing wildly, but gently placing his front paws on my lap, covering my face in soft, trusting kisses. Then he stayed right there, pressed close, choosing me as his safe place in a room full of uncertainty. He could have gone to his breeder. He could have stayed with the staff who see him every day. But out of everyone in that room… he picked me. The girl in the wheelchair he’d only known for those few short weeks last fall. Even once he relaxed and started playing, he kept coming back to check in with me, like I was his anchor. I don’t know if there’s any deeper compliment a dog can give than saying with their whole heart, “You make me feel safe.” And as if that wasn’t enough to melt me completely… Kenji was an absolute superstar on his very first night in this class. The youngest dog there by far, he tackled targeting (even into a tricky plastic tote!), stayed mostly focused through all the distractions, redirected like a pro, stayed perfectly polite and quiet, and had a wonderful time playing with the group. A few folks even mistook our growing Moose for Chesnyy! It was great. My heart is still overflowing. Two special boys reminding me why we pour our hearts into this work — the quiet trust that lingers, the beautiful growth, and the pure love dogs give so freely. 🥹❤️

@PressSec Shame on you for this is nothing to brag about. Elderly people should not have to work gig jobs to pay for medical care. We can thank DOGE and your BBB for this.

I’ve had other health issues: at this point it’s not clear what’s going on. Gastroenteritis seemed to be over, but fever was never resolved and this morning I had new devastating symptoms. Just for you to know when you don’t see me posting. At least less junk on X from my side.

@bunsenbernerbmd As a former sexual assault advocate volunteer, it is difficult to listen to these stories plus do other things like entertain parents or siblings while exams are happening. Stuff animals always help the process. Thank you all for your generosity.

Sensitive Subject: Over Christmas and January/Feb we ran a donation campaign where folks could donate a Bunsen stuffie to The Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre. CACAC is where kids go when they are abused and a blanket of supports envelops them to keep them safe. We matched the donations and rounded up to 100 stuffies. I dropped off the stuffies a few days ago, as I had to free to drop them off during a time that worked. Anyway. First off- thank you to everyone who donated a stuffie. Second, thank you the folks who work at CACAC. I am always filled with anger and sadness that such a place exists, but the facility is so amazing for the kids. Sensitive subject now: Ok, I had to sit in my car after I dropped off the stuffies and compose myself because I was told that three of our previous donated batch of stuffies remain, and sit in a room, a terrible terrible room, and in this terrible, terrible room they have a very important job. This room is a medical examination room, where if children are stable they are examined outside of the stress and chaos of a hospital emergency room. Here in this terrible room where something unspeakable has happen to a child, the donated stuffies give kids courage to tell their story and not be afraid of the nurses in lab coats- because the animals are also in lab coats and Bunsen is telling them to be brave because he is so brave. Gah. We donated over a hundred a year ago. Each child that goes into the centre for support gets a stuffie. They are little pieces of bravery and kindness for children when they need it most.

Here, in all its glory, is the exclusive first look at the massive @Tesla Semi factory. Our @corememory crew went to Nevada to see the line come to life, as it gets ready to pump out thousands of all-electric trucks. We saw the new cab and went on a drive too. Wunderbar!

Hello my friends, a little update on little ol' me. I'm not very well at the moment and have been in doggy hospital with an unknown illness. I'm back home but not myself. Lots of tests & scans but no solid diagnosis. I'm starting steroid treatment in the morning 🙏

NEW: The CIA used a secret tool called "Ghost Murmur" that uses AI to find heartbeats to rescue the U.S. airman who was stranded in Iran, according to the New York Post. The secret technology was allegedly used for the first time in the field, according to the Post. "The secret technology uses long-range quantum magnetometry to find the electromagnetic fingerprint of a human heartbeat and pairs the data with artificial intelligence software to isolate the signature from background noise," the Post reported. "It’s like hearing a voice in a stadium, except the stadium is a thousand square miles of desert," the source said. "In the right conditions, if your heart is beating, we will find you." "The name is deliberate. ‘Murmur’ is a clinical term for a heart rhythm. ‘Ghost’ refers to finding someone who, for all practical purposes, has disappeared..." "Advances in a field known as quantum magnetometry, specifically sensors built around microscopic defects in synthetic diamonds, have apparently made it possible to detect these signals at dramatically greater distances." CIA Director John Ratcliffe appeared to hint at this technology on Monday, saying the CIA possessed "unique capabilities" but said he couldn't "tell you everything that you want to know." President Trump also revealed during the press conference that the CIA spotted the officer from about "40 miles away." Insane.

I do lots of tweets about Ryan and maps and routes, Ryan was fascinated by routes maps since before he could walk or talk back then I'd go around car boot sales buying up all the old maps and guides he'd sit for hours in his pushchair tracing them with his finger these days he uses Google maps, he keeps all the information I dont know how but he does, he can direct me from here in Gloucestershire to Scotland from memory, say we're staying at a campsite or hotel he will then direct me to the shops or the supermarkets, but even that doesn't go far enough to explain his amazing ability with maps, he does it flawlessly,I hear you , you're asking how did Ryan who way back then a non verbal autistic 3 or 4 year old in fact he didn't speak until he was around 8, how did he tell you which way to go, by pointing and imitating the sound of the car indicator, and he does all this while listening to at least 2 radios that are on different stations, he really is amazing. Have a great day everyone.
