1 year ago today we got our 1ST Healthy Opportunities Pilot (HOP) referral. (Here's our staff gathered around the computer for the first referral! 🙂) Since, we've served > 1K clients w/food & healthy homes programs. ~25% of all HOP enrollees in NC!
