The boys travel to the PBR Mid-Summer Championships this week, @JDeLaCruz555 takes the mound in the opener versus the Muckdogs.

Carson has had a strong first half of summer, after a solid season at Dakota. His desire to win has been the impetus for our team’s success over the last 4 years. Sitting with a GPA of ~4.2, he continues to lead with Baseball IQ.

This weekend, @TeamSelectMI went 4-2 in a very competitive tournament in Cedar Point. In one of our wins, I was able to throw 5.1 scoreless innings with 6 K’s while only giving up 4 hits. FB has been up to 85 MPH🔥 w/ CH, CT, CB to go along! @coachplouffe @DakotaBaseball

The boys split a DH today, and head to bracket play as #1 seed. In the first affair, @ReissCarson1 shut down the Cutters, allowing 0 ER while striking out 6 over 5.1. @J_Salazar7311 (2H, 3 RBI) and @JCruz24586 (2H, 4 RBI) led the team offensively in a 7-0 drubbing The second game was an emotion packed slugfest ending in a 5-4 defeat. @ConnerShagena battled on the mound in grinding humid evening, striking out 4 over 6. He also had 2 H to lead the offense. Also securing hits were Reiss Salazar De La Cruz @EyanKavulick21 @BlakeLecureux34 Bracket play begins at 10 am.
