@SamsungHelpUK when are you rolling out an update to fix the issues with your software causing phones to crash/restart/freeze/turn off WiFi. Only occurred since updating to UI 6.1. Thousands of reports through online forums, yet nothing seems to be getting done?

@virginmedia Never had an issue with your broadband service, best available by a mile. But your customer service is appalling. 2 hours 40 minutes on live chat. Almost 90mins to get through to someone, only to then be told 70 minutes later to call...unbelievable

Update on the spider: I couldn't find it after I jumped out of bed, pulled my back in the process. Had to sleep knowing there's a teabagging spider waiting for its chance to make a fool of me. Woke up with it on the roof above my face...am I gonna turn into a scene from Alien...

Laying in bed and seeing a spider on my pillow, running towards me like it's trying to teabag me, is not how I thought my night would go...🕷😩

Overwatch comp games are still so bad. Complete mismatch of skill and rank, it doesn't equate. People don't play or even remotely understand their roles. You have support roles trying to damage, dmg roles that can't hit shit and tanks that don't know how to counter. Unbelievable.
