@SamsungHelpUK I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding my Samsung The Frame TV. I purchased this TV because of its Art Mode functionality and the ability to display my personal photos including creating collages. This functionality is not possible on current software..

@SamsungHelpUK Hi, I have 3 Samsung TV’s. Two of them are fine, but the latest one had the FEATURED App and that took me to local channels. Now the App has disappeared, can you advise how I can add it back to the Home Screen. I have not been able to find it anywhere.

@SamsungHelpUK hi, I'm having an issue with my Galaxy S22. It sometimes restarts randomly and shows the loadup screen again and again. Virus checks come back clean and diagnostics are fine.

@SamsungHelpUK @currys @SamsungHelpUK reference 2142965821 It's a washing machine. 4 years this machine and 8 years all other Samsung machines were connected that way, but now, out of the sudden - this is customer's installation problem to fix - GREAT 5 year warranty... worth💩

@SamsungHelpUK My washing machine has drainage issues, but 4 years after professional installation from @currys, Samsung expert rejects the warranty repair as argues that the lack of u-bend suggests the washing machine wasn't installed properly. And asks me to re-install it

@SamsungHelpUK How long for a new firmware for the HW-Q990D and other soundbars? ver 1051 has caused stability issues, including random audio drop-outs, the soundbar going mute for 1-2 minutes, and Wi-Fi or eARC disconnection. This is all over your forums and Reddit

Not sure why @Samsung engineers think this is acceptable. Tried on concrete floor but they think it’s completely fine, @BBCWatchdog why are there not higher standards? Will compare to other brands that are much quieter.

@SamsungHelpUK Hi Guys. Why is our 22 month old washer intermittently do this? Its like the motor starts slipping and cant turn the drum. Lasts a few seconds, then spins the other way fine, then works fine again when it changes again. Does this even when lightly loaded.

@SamsungHelpUK morning samsung. Im hoping u can help. My signal keeps dropping to no service and emergency calls even though my provider says no issues and my phone keeps dropping my home wifi randomly. Is there anything I can check with the phone? Its an s24 ultra

@SamsungHelpUK Have all the firmware update options been removed for the Samsung Odyssey G81SF? There is absolutely nothing on the websites at all for it now.

@PapaJim1977 In the left-hand box on the bottom row, click on the Download option on the box named "Upgrade File(USB type),MAIN" and you will be able to install the M-F8100GCAA-1003.0 update. We hope this helps you with your query. (2/2) ^CB
