After months without my TV and a serious internal burn damage issue being identified within my Samsung QN800B One Connect Box, I’m still waiting for answers while the matter remains under specialist review. @SamsungUK @SamsungHelpUK

@StuEstueeeee Hi Stu. Specific features of updates are unable to be reverted. However, you can set your font to bold, which you may find increases the visibility of the battery number. You can do this by heading to Settings > Display > Font size and style > Toggle on Bold option. ^RR

@SamsungHelpUK The Battery icon on S25 ultra One UI 8.5 is so much smaller. Please revert this and make it how it was in 8.0. please advise. Every major update does something to make it just a little bit worse than it was before.. I've sold Watch 6 now since 8 update on that.

@SamsungHelpUK Hi I purchased my tv in Dec 2024, it’s now got no picture but is playing sound. I bought the tv direct from Samsung through the Bluelight scheme with extended warranty, when I’ve gone onto my account it’s saying I’ve got 12 months, how can I sort get my tv fixed

This is the internal damage found inside the One Connect Box of my £2000 Samsung QN800B TV after normal household use. The television is now completely unusable due to serious internal burn damage to an essential proprietary component. @SamsungUK

What is equally unacceptable is that replacement One Connect boxes are extremely difficult for consumers to source, effectively leaving customers with no reasonable option despite the television panel itself still functioning. @SamsungHelpUK

@SamsungHelpUK I can not access the notification. menu when I go onto any app but I can get to it whilst on the home screen how can I fix this

@SamsungHelpUK I have an eco bubble and the auto dispenser is leaking so fabric conditioner disappears really quickly. Can I get a new valve or do I need a whole new drawer at nearly £100? Thanks

@RichiesShark Also make sure you haven't confirmed a pairing with the TV through Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. If so, tap the Settings gear icon next to the connection > Unpair. Other people can't mirror your phone with you confirming the connection. ^JS 2/2

@SamsungHelpUK says that they can't change that screen with a dead pixel in it because there was damage to it that nobody can see? Very nice.... I've seen apple replacing the entire phone for far less than that, but I guess I won't be buying Samsung anymore then...

@SamsungHelpUK put my phone in my pocket and walked for less than 5 minutes... Got locked out for an hour for "too many unsuccessful unlock attempts" This is unacceptable. How do I turn this unhelpful functionality off?

@SamsungHelpUK please explain how UI 8 is supposed to support multiple alarms - the update has trashed an existing feature and it's non intuitive (completely *#!**!*!* broken) now. A simple feature should just work.

@SamsungHelpUK I'm having issues with the solar remote for my 65" S90F (purchased in November). The battery runs out within half after a charge via USB. Resetting/re-pairing has not resolved the issue. Can you help please?

@SamsungHelpUK how do I permanently get rid of updates? I have a new A16 and I really want it to remain fast and the same. My old A13s performance has been significantly degraded by updates and it's now annoyingly slow. Fed up of this update reminder appearing every day.
