@SamsungHelpUK why, currently every day, is my Samsung TV asking me to "improve my experience and protect my privacy"? Surely if I Accept or Configure I shouldn't be asked again when I next turn on my TV?

@SamsungHelpUK Hi, I’ve just installed the latest update, UI 8.0, on my Galaxy 6 watch and now it’s not working. I’ve seen this is something affecting many other users and have attempted a couple of the online fixes but nothing works. The battery is now draining very quickly.

@SamsungHelpUK I bought a Samsung Galaxy A9+ tablet in December 2024. It recently stopped working and won't switch on. When trying to charge it there is no light showing next to the charging cable and I've tried several cables. I expected it to last longer than 14 months

Dear @SamsungMobile @Samsung @SamsungHelpUK we R a full Samsung Galaxy family but ever since the latest update my mams A14 keeps shutting down & restarting. Google says a number of people with A14s R having serious problems since update. Will there be an update 2 fix the problem?

@SamsungHelpUK help! Just got a new Samsung galaxy s26 yesterday, and can't for the life of me work it out. Read up on using Bixby vision to find images, but phone doesn't show the eyeglasS logo. And nothing found if searching for "Bixby vision". It has Bixby (regular)

@SamsungHelpUK Hi Samsung I have to book a repair for my Samsung TV I have what I think is the correct s/n and the model number but when entering these for the appointment both say they are wrong (try using 0instead of O)…which I have done lots of times Can you help with both

@SamsungHelpUK My Samsung S90 77 in television which is less than one year old has suffered a power board failure. Am I correct that this is a VERY well known issue with this 24/25 set. Shouldn’t all owners be honoured a 5 year warranty?

@SamsungHelpUK will never buy a Samsung phone again! The after sales service is shocking! I was told by a Samsung technician to avoid folding phones as they have a hinge problem! But they are still selling them!

@SamsungHelpUK That doesnt help in any way. What is your flow chart for Samsung account holders with a new phone but out of date contact details? If my old phone is dead how can I call you ? My new phone does not default to a home screen because it wont log in as a Samsung account holder.
