The best I’ve ever felt physically was the six months last year when I did strict carnivore. Dropped 60 pounds too. Incredibly hard to stick to and so, so boring. You really get tired of chewing. Flavour fatigue. And only the wealthy eat rib eyes every day. Most of my meals were ground beef, eggs, and bacon.

RFK Jr. starts most mornings with steak for breakfast, a big bowl of grass-fed yogurt topped with cream, and a generous side of sauerkraut or kimchi. Zero carbs. Strict carnivore plus ferments only. He’s been eating this way for about 250 days. He shared on the pod that he was having atrial fibrillation every day for four months. A military doctor reviewed his MRI and saw visceral fat blanketing his heart, liver, and organs — and warned things would worsen. So he committed. After just 30 days on the diet, a follow-up MRI showed 40% less visceral fat. He lost 20 pounds of that hidden fat, then regained it all as muscle. The daily AFib disappeared completely — no skipped beats since. He’s quick to note that it worked powerfully for him, but our metabolisms are all different. It makes you wonder how much of our everyday fatigue or inflammation might quietly trace back to what ends up on the plate. What’s one food you’ve added (or removed) that noticeably shifted how you feel day to day — energy, mood, or anything else?

@MalingaGalabada It's actually a pretty cool message he's telling Clav to be authentic, wrapped up in the pretext of saying if it goes to hell he can probably say I spoke my truth.

Andrew Tate and Clavicular about escaping the matrix. "Even if you're the president of the United States you can't really escape the matrix." You're arguing with some f***ing senetor, you have media insulting you, even if you're the president"

@Mappy6984 Extremely sad but unfortunately I see a settle and go with the flow mentality with them and this is likely what caused their daughter her life. I'd never say it to their face but this is X. Horrific.

Watching Justin Bieber at Coachella, he BROKE the internet 🔥 Justin looked so happy, the crowd was going wild. Celebs like Katy Perry and Jacob Elordi were there, but all eyes were on him. He gave sweet shoutout to Hailey, who’s the reason Justin looks so happy and healing 💕

🚨HUGE! In a stunning win for his tax the rich plan, Mayor Zohran Mamdani just reached a deal with Governor Kathy Hochul tax second homes valued over $5 million owned by out-of-state residents. The taxes will generate $500 million annually for the state. This is amazing.

@CalltoActivism Wow he's so powerful. He's able to command top earners where to live. It's totally believable that people making a million dollars a year doesn't understand what 2% is and had to be corrected by him. What else is he lying about?

$SUI M.CAP PROJECTION is looking promising!!! We're still on track with our plan, expecting a small pump followed by a dump to 2B, and then a significant surge to 70B, which would be a 35x increase. We're excited to see how this plays out, and the potential for massive growth is certainly there 🚀💸👍 #Sui #SuiCommunity #SuiNetwork

Clavicular walks out of 60 Minutes interview after being asked if he is an incel and about his relationship with Andrew Tate. Clavicular: “Do I identify as an Incel? I mean, how could you ask me that question as a follow up after you asked me about my relationships to women. I mean, that's quite literally the worst sequence of questions I think I've ever heard.” 60 Minutes: “Let me rephrase then. Looksmaxxing was obviously a term created by the Incel community. How do you feel about being linked to that group.” Clavicular: “I'm not linked to that group in any way. Looksmaxxing is self improvement, right? So it's about potentially even ascending out of that category. So that would be kind of one of the goals is to disassociate from being an incel and overcome that. So that doesn't make sense.” 60 Minutes: “You've been seen with certain people who are from all parts of that world. I mean, just as an example, you've obviously shared company with Andrew Tate and other, dare I say, rather controversial figures. Why do you spend time with people like that?” Clavicular: “I see you want to make this political… I guess you watched the Piers Interview. too bad I didn't have time to look into, you know, anything about potentially, you know who your wife cheated with.” 60 Minutes: “I’m not married Clav.” Clavicular: “So I could teach you about looksmaxxing, and then maybe you could switch that up. Thanks for the time, appreciate the interview.” (youtu.be/CXKCoFz3WRs?si…)

If busy, you hire the people hourly, nyc was pizza and chinese food to your door since the 60s, before an app, people knew customers. You knew the guy who brings you the food. You tipped them cash, or Keep the change. I would make $100 in 4 hrs as a kid in the 90's $30 salary, $70 tips . Double it on Fridays,Lent. rule was, use your own car, don't be drunk or high. don't go fast like an animal, and put G's on the cheese.

This man is a restaurant owner and he says that Door Dash is a completely different restaurant within a restaurant. Prices are higher when you order from them because Door Dash can take up to 30% from the business. So when you think you are helping that business by ordering from them through Door Dash, sometimes you aren’t. He also says that Door dash sometimes lets the food you ordered sit for for 20,30, even up to 45 minutes before they pick it up. So when you get it and it’s cold and call to complain, it was made on time but they were late. As he says, I know it’s a convenience but I don’t like paying and extra fee. And herring this from him, I don’t think I will ever use it. Why don’t these restaurants just cancel their contract with Door Dash? Do you use Door Dash? Will what he said change your mind about using them? What’s been your experience with them?

@ThoughtCrimes80 There used to be a 3 day reggae festival in Northern California from the 80’s-90’s and it was so much fun. Reggae On The River would beat any other festival out there these days. Except if it was still around, it too would be ruined by our vapid cellphone culture. 😢

My neighbor came over around 600pm. She had a problem with her hot water tank. The problem was a leak. The tank is done. She was going to call a plumber but I told her I’ll take care of it. A plumber on a weekend would be crazy expensive. I went to shut the water off to the tank. The water valve wouldn’t turn. It’s also done. I shut the water off at the meter. Lucky I had some valves here at the house. I fixed that. Told her tomorrow we can run out and get a new tank and I’ll put it in. I know she doesn’t have a lot of money. She’s elderly and all alone. So my son and I will take care of it. She offered to pay. I told no, just get us a pizza for lunch.

The state of alts is nuts. I just spoke to a AI project .Their annual revenue is DOUBLE their market cap. They are printing money. Yet they are at a 1 mil market cap, the coins are fully diluted. Even in TERRIBLE conditions this coin should be at a 20 mil market cap. These coins will reprice at least 3-5x the second Bitcoin starts its leg up. They are everywhere right now. I don't know when the market returns. I do know these are at outrageously oversold prices and an easy 3-5x bunt when it does return.

Marc Andreessen on why Starlink may be the most misunderstood success story in tech right now: “Elon’s not the first guy who said we’re going to do satellite-based internet access. There was Bill Gates, Craig McCaw. Complete catastrophe, total bankruptcy, complete disaster. Elon’s like, ‘I know, I’m going to do another three of those. We’re starting as a side project at the rocket ship company.’ If the rockets are reusable, we’re going to be launching them all the time. What’s going to go in the rockets? I could wait for the customers to come to me, or I could just put up my own satellites. Anybody who knew anything about the history of satellites knew that was the craziest idea in the world. And of course it’s like this giant success. It’s the side project. It’s clearly the least studied and understood thing I know of in the world right now.”
