Even with friendships you over-analyze every syllable for cadence, tone, intention, double speak, etc. it can be very exhausting for all parties involved and hazardous to lasting connection

Recently people started to view adhd as the “in fashion” thing or trendy thing and I wish I could write well enough to convey the feelings faithfully and accurately enough they could see what it really means. I wouldn’t change it because I fear the silence but
