@SherOnHealth @MLHealthUnit Yes all staff are wearing masks or face shields since the health unit made it mandatory.

I love @Remark_London but know loyal customers were reluctant to go when staff were not wearing masks. Do you now require staff to wear masks? @MLHealthUnit now requires masks or plexiglass for employees who interact w/customers w/narrow exceptions

@Remark_London why aren’t all the staff in London wearing face coverings? Aisles are way too narrow, so have to pass very closely. Not good enough. If customers have to wear masks, so should staff.

@FranMcKeown We continue to follow the direction and advice that the Middlesex Health Unit and the Ministry of Labour give us. We have had many visits from them and abide by the recommendations they give us.

@Remark_London very pleased to see the vast majority of customers wearing masks at your Hyde Park store today. Less than impressed to see no staff (not a single staff member!) doing the same. 2 staff working the bread area had shields on, but no masks. Can you explain why?
