A positive update on the @tmm_eth situation About a month ago I was approached to meet the team from "Mr Freeman" which I hadn't heard of but was told they have a very successful web2 studio with over 50 million impressions and it would be good to talk to them about Quirkies since we're moving heavy into shipping content. We got into a telegram chat, one of our team members got sick and a call never happened. Turns out this is the team behind TMM who used the Quirkies IP referenced below. After a brief convo this morning they apologized and agreed to remove all things Quirkies from their marketing and upon their art reveal they will burn any NFT with Quirkies IP as well. They are new to web3 and are trying to build something which I respect. I also respect their apologies and their quick response to removing Quirks from their marketing/project. I also offered to help them better navigate the NFT space since they do have web2 talent and could do very well bridging the gap for their brand. Happy this got fixed quick. I never want to hurt a project or create issues but we are building a family friendly brand and TMM is labeled as an "R-Rated" company. I do not want a direct affiliation that could be confusing as we scale and invest into our brand. Thank you.
