Hace unos meses compré varios paquetes de Café Santo Domingo para regalarlos a unos gerentes de una marca internacional que representamos. Uno lo compra como detalle país… porque el nombre pesa, porque representa. Pero también uno sabe lo que hay detrás. Ese café no es 100% dominicano. No porque la marca no quiera… sino porque no tenemos capacidad para cubrir la demanda. Al final, es una mezcla de diferentes orígenes para poder sostener el consumo local. Meses atrás lo compré en unos 320 pesos. Hoy está en 419. Un aumento de casi 100 pesos. ¿Qué fue lo que hizo que subiera tanto?
