I think the ultimate irony of Tau larpers is that they sit there and call the Imperium of Man fascist and Imperium fans fascist for liking them. Race is segregated. Your role in society is determined by race. You can never be anything but what your race determines. One race, the Ethereals, are considered superior in every way. Non-Tau are third class citizens or worse, just outright exterminated because the state has no use for them. But hey, the trains run on time in the Tau Empire, right? Sound familiar? @DetectiveSeeds It's funny, because HD2 does not trap you with progression. Level cap doesn't really mean anything, you will reliably finish your upgrades well before the 100 hour mark. Sure, there's warbonds, but those are extremely quick to progress. It's the gameplay that keeps you.

Look man I just go to Church. I tried the debating scene and it wasn’t for me. I even tried encouraging people to stop because it’s just creating division, and convinced nobody. So as for me, I just go to Church and that’s it.

I've had far more positive interactions on X than I ever did on Reddit, which is really saying something since X can be just such huge shit flinging sometimes. But you can curate your algorithm.

@ReplyGuy4Life @HelldiversAlert I don't use the thermite regularly. When I see an enemy stuck by one, I try not to shoot it, unless I have to. I do however see enemies stuck with thermites all the time being killed before the explosion even goes off. If I want a weapon to kill spawners I use grenade pistol.

I mean you clearly are if you’re throwing it at enemies that get killed frequently enough before it explodes. I’ve played the game long enough to know factually that people don’t typically shoot enemies with thermites but you said it like it’s regular. Maybe you’re playing with some far below average intelligence people? We are comparing a grenade and a stratagem. You can’t complain about grenade explosion time then compare it to a stratagem. Maybe the iq assumption I had checks out?
